| STEP 1: Aluminum knurled inserts as provided from manufacturer. Insert body contaminated from oil and handling. | STEP 2: Inserts cleaned with Acetone | ||||||||

| STEP 3: Clean Inserts | STEP 4: Dial Table surface treated with mold cleaner. | ||||||||

| STEP 5: Epoxy Adhesive applied to surface of insert | STEP 6: Inserts potted in Carbon Dial table samples. Wait 24 hours before machining | ||||||||
